These Terms govern your use of Daily Sudoku at www.daily-sudoku.in (the "Service"), operated by MagiSagi ("we", "us"). By playing the game or creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Daily Sudoku is a free browser game offering daily puzzles, single-player modes and co-op multiplayer. We may add, change or remove features at any time. The Service is provided free of charge and without any guarantee of continued availability.
2. Accounts
Creating an account is optional and available only to persons 18 years or older. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from the account menu, which permanently erases your synced data (see our Privacy Policy).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; use bots, scripts or exploits to manipulate scores, streaks or multiplayer sessions; harass other players in multiplayer rooms; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Service — including its code, design, name and generated puzzles — is owned by or licensed to MagiSagi. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
5. Multiplayer
Multiplayer uses peer-to-peer connections between players. Room links should only be shared with people you trust; anyone with the link can join your board. We are not responsible for the conduct of other players.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagiSagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data (including streaks or scores), arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law, and will act in accordance with applicable law when doing so.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and date above will be updated, and material changes will be notified in-game or by email to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
